This day, our classroom looked a little different.

There were bright smiles, curious questions, children speaking with confidence, colourful lights flashing, and one exciting discovery after another.

It all started with a typing challenge to sharpen keyboard skills.

Then came a confidence session where every child was encouraged to stand up, introduce themselves, and speak boldly in front of others.

One by one, they stepped out of their comfort zones and it was beautiful to watch.

The excitement reached another level when the children met the HiFive Board.

With just a few lines of Python code, they watched messages scroll across the screen and colourful LED lights come to life.

For many, it was the first time they had programmed a real device, and the joy on their faces said it all.

But the biggest lesson of the day wasn't about computers.

It was about discovering that mistakes are part of learning, confidence grows through practice, and every child is capable of creating something amazing.

They left with new ideas to explore, projects to improve, and even more excitement for the next class.

This is how tomorrow's innovators are being raised—one challenge, one line of code, and one confident child at a time. 💙🚀

Your digital presence is your first impression... long before you walk into a room.

That was the heart of today's session with our senior Coding for Kids learners.

In a world where opportunities often begin online, our children are learning that who they are on the internet matters just as much as who they are in person. They explored how to build a digital presence that is clear, consistent, and valuable, while asking themselves four powerful questions:

✨ Who am I?
✨ What problem can I solve?
✨ What proof do I have?
✨ What am I looking for?

The conversation didn't stop there.

We also tackled one of the biggest barriers to success, which is fear.

The children discovered that confidence doesn't appear overnight; it grows from what you know and how you present yourself.

Through discussion and self-reflection, they began to see that every skill they learn and every step they take adds to the confident person they are becoming.

At EmpowerHer Tech Foundation, we believe coding is only part of the journey. We are preparing children to communicate with confidence, build meaningful digital identities, and create opportunities for themselves in a rapidly changing world.

Because the leaders of tomorrow are not only learning to write code; they are learning to tell their story with confidence.

Every child has the potential to create, lead, and inspire. Sometimes, all they need is the right environment to discover it.

Today marked day 9 of our Coding for Kids programme, and our classrooms were filled with curiosity, creativity, and lots of proud moments.

Our younger learners completed their animation projects, creating fun cartoon scenes with three fish sprites.

They then took on an individual challenge without any help, testing their confidence, patience, and problem-solving skills.

It wasn't easy, but they persevered, and we proudly celebrated two winners! They also had their first introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI), which sparked exciting conversations and plenty of thoughtful questions.

Our senior learners focused on something every young person needs in today's world: a strong digital presence.

They learned how to build a positive personal brand and why social media platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook can become powerful tools when used correctly and wisely.

They also explored the HiFive Kit, working together to overcome challenges and learning that every problem is an opportunity to grow.

This is what EmpowerHer Tech Foundation is all about. We don't just teach children how to use technology; we help them build confidence, discipline, creativity, resilience, and the courage to believe in their ideas.

We believe that children are catalysts of change, and today's lessons are preparing them to become tomorrow's innovators and leaders.

The future is already taking shape, one child, one lesson, and one dream at a time.

Coding for Kids – Day 7

When young minds understand technology, they don’t just use it… they help reform the future with it.

Tuesday, 14th July 2026 was another inspiring day at our Coding for Kids programme, as our kids moved beyond writing code and began exploring the exciting world of Artificial Intelligence.

Our senior children strengthened their programming foundation by correcting challenges on Password Checker and Sum from 1 to N, improving their confidence with loops and conditions.

Then came a new adventure: Understanding AI.

They discovered that AI is not magic but it is a technology that learns patterns from data.

They explored how AI is already part of their daily lives through tools like recommendations, translation, and face recognition.

More importantly, they learned a powerful lesson: technology is a tool, but human thinking, creativity, and responsibility remain essential.

Because the children of today are not only tomorrow’s users of technology, they are the innovators, creators, and catalysts of change who will shape the solutions of the future.

At every session, we are building more than coding skills.

We are building curiosity, confidence, discipline, critical thinking, and the boldness to dream bigger.

Coding for Kids – Day 6

A new week, a new opportunity to learn, create, and grow! ✨

Monday, 13th July 2026 was another exciting day at our Coding for Kids programme, where young minds continued their journey of discovery, creativity, and innovation.

Every great journey is built one lesson at a time.

Our younger Kids explored the exciting world of animation.

They brought their ideas to life by creating animated characters, experimenting with colours, sizes, and effects, while building confidence through hands-on practice.

Sometimes, the most important lesson is not learning something new; it is mastering what you already know. 💡💻

Our senior children took a different path - a complete revision of everything they have learned so far.

They reviewed key programming concepts, corrected mistakes, solved coding challenges, and strengthened their understanding through practice and assessment.

Learning to code is only part of the journey.

Every class is also shaping discipline, creativity, teamwork, confidence, critical thinking, and resilience.

We believe that children are catalysts of change, and when they are given the right environment, they grow into innovators, problem-solvers, and future leaders.

The future is not waiting for them. Yes, you read that right!

It is being built by them, one lesson at a time.

🇨🇲🍌 10,000 students. One bold mission. A future changed.

On March 27, 2026, a landmark partnership was signed between Filière Banane Plantain du Cameroun (FBPC), Green Springs Digital University Institute (GSDUI) GSDU EDU, and EmpowerHer Tech Foundation (EHTF) to help 10,000 Cameroonian students build businesses in the plantain value chain.

Imagine studying at university while earning an income, paying your own tuition, and supporting your family.

The movement is now gaining even more momentum as Stanley Enow through the Stanley Enow Foundation, joins the initiative as a brand ambassador to inspire young people across Cameroon to believe that they can create their own future.

This is more than farming. It is about opportunity, dignity, and hope.

The future is growing. Will you be part of it?
