World Of SUPPORT has about 20 Journeyperson Electrician positions available at Cold Lake starting August 31 and running 10-20 days, some employees will be considered to stay longer. The turnaround would be 12 hour days work straight through and after that it would be a 10 on 4 off 10 hours per day. There is also potential to start early if you are available.

Rebuilding a complex platform that previously ran on WordPress—with CSV databases, multiple user flows, and stakeholder requirements—onto a modern, scalable architecture using Wix Studio and Velo.

What I am delivering:

✅ Phase 1 - Foundation & Design
· Complete Wix Studio redesign with modern nonprofit branding
· Mobile-responsive, accessibility-focused (WCAG 2.1 AA)
· Multilingual-ready (English + French, expanding to Spanish, Portuguese, German)
· 15+ public pages including job opportunities, training, fellowships, and employer resources

✅ Phase 2 - Three-Tier User System
· Job Seeker profiles with resume upload, skills tracking, and dashboard
· Employer dashboards for job postings and applicant management
· Partner/Stakeholder profiles for government agencies and training providers

✅ Phase 3-5 - Core Functionality
· Opportunity management system with moderation workflow
· Dynamic CMS collections for jobs, internships, apprenticeships, fellowships, and scholarships
· Candidate discovery system with advanced filtering (skills, experience, location, language)

✅ Phase 6-9 - Future-Ready Infrastructure
· Multilingual expansion capabilities
· GDPR and Canadian privacy compliance
· SEO optimization and analytics integration
· Scalable infrastructure supporting 10M+ CMS items

The Impact:
This platform will serve as the backbone for global workforce development—connecting talent with opportunity across continents while significantly reducing cost and timeline (nearly half the estimated time using Wix Studio and Velo).
