The Bechemagbor Chidi Foundation visited the Government Primary School Great Soppo Buea in the Southwest Region of Cameroon on the 14th of November 2024, and helped some IDPs, Orphans who couldn’t afford school materials and even PTA. We were able to reach out to a few of them.

The Head mistress of the school iterated that there are many of such cases in the school, and they actually need help, we also realized they can’t afford the basic necessities. Please, if you which to support these children, get to us and God will greatly bless you.

They finally had a shelter.

You should be proud of yourselves for the significant contribution you have made to wipe the tears of victims in destitute due to the Socio-political unrest in the English regions of Cameroon. Your donations of a penny and more have gone a long way to provide shelter for 14 Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), who were seeking refuge is the bushes in the Southwest region of Cameroon.

This good will gesture was initiated in the month of April, 2022, when a benevolent young man by the name of Mr Chin Paul discovered a group of 14 IDPs leaving in a bush at the outskirts of Sandpit, a neighborhood in Buea in the South West Region of Cameroon. He had gone to work on his plot of land when he saw a falling hut perched with palm leaves in the middle of the bush.
Curiosity pushed him to find out the reason why 14 people, a man, woman and and children were all staying in such despicable condition in the middle of the bush. Finding out they were vulnerably homeless, it nursed a genuine burden to get proper shelter for these 14 IDPs.

With the generous token you all supported us with and in partnership with *BECHEMAGBOR CHIDI FOUNDATION* we acquired an authentic piece of land in Buea and built a livable house.

*BECHEMAGBOR CHIDI FOUNDATION* is a registered, non-profit, charitable body that has over the years helped those in destitute in Cameroon.

As these pictures below can testify, we have exhausted all resources to get shelter for these 14 IDPs to an ex*****on rate of 70%.
The 30% left, accounts for proper roofing, doors, flooring and some finishing if the house must be completely habitable by these 14 IDPs.

With 30% to be completed, we thus run back knocking, soliciting and counting on your benevolent hearts and selfless donations to bring this noble cause to completion. A cause that will wipe the tears of 14 IDPs who slept on palm leaves, exposed to the rain and dangers of the bush. Thanks to you, they will have a complete, proper and safe shelter.
It will also be a good opportunity for you to extend a hand of sponsorship for the education of anyway of these children. It can either be with physical school items or school fees. As you are led, support of any kind will be highly appreciated, as the hand that gives never lacks.

Early this year in the month of April, a benevolent young man in the name of Mr Chin Paul discovered a group of 14 IDPs leaving in a bush at the outskirts of sandpit in Buea in the South West Region of Cameroon. He had gone to work on his plot of land when he saw a House made of palm leaves in the middle of the bush.
In astonishment he went to discover the reason 14 people, a man, woman and and children were all staying in the unbearable condition. As you can see on the images below. Others contributed to get them a piece of land added to what the Parent of the IDP had saved.
An authentic piece of land was acquired, BECHEMAGBOR CHIDI FOUNDATION came in to build them a small shelter, one of the main aim of the BC Foundation is to care for the destitute, as it's in grain in us to care and give hope to these vulnerable children. The house as you can see it almost done and it’s left the roofing, doors, flooring and some final work at this point we have exhausted our resources and we’re currently stuck so that’s why we are soliciting to the public and other well-wishers to help us so we can complete this project so these former homeless persons can be able to rest comfortable in their home without a fear being chased away or without the rain falling on them.
We also plead that some of the children will be needing school Items during this school year, you can support in cash or in kind for this family.
