In today’s world, how you communicate can open or close doors for you. As a youth, I quickly learned that it’s not only about what you know, but also how you share it.

✅ Clarity – Speak and write with precision. Don’t complicate simple ideas.
✅ Confidence – Believe in your voice. If you don’t, others won’t.
✅ Listening – True communication is not only about talking; it’s about understanding others.
✅ Adaptability – Communicate differently in professional, academic, and social spaces.

My own journey taught me that mastering communication helped me win scholarships, secure opportunities, and build powerful networks globally. Every interaction is a chance to leave a mark.

👉 Dear youth, sharpen your communication skills daily. They will carry you into rooms your qualifications alone may not.

Youth Empowerment and Self-Sustainability 's community is pleased to share that Juliet Frimpomaa Kodua CEO and Founder of YESS has been accepted into the Leaders of Africa Institute's Research Methods Program 2025 as a Research Scholar and has also received the prestigious Impact Scholarship in recognition of her commitment to public policy, peacebuilding, and gender justice.
This is another mile stone in her leadership journey and we can only wish her the best!

We say thank you to the Leaders of Africa Institute for believing in her potential. We are excited for this new chapter of growth, collaboration, and social impact!

Honored to have attended the International Summer School on Public Policy organized by IPPA!

It was an incredible experience connecting with brilliant researchers from around the world and learning from esteemed professors across Europe. Throughout the program, I gained valuable skills in research paper writing and explored diverse analytical techniques in public policy.

Excited to apply these insights to my next article and future projects!
