Partnering with City of Ubuntu Cameroon has been so fulfilling and impactful. Their vision being rooted in the Ubuntu philosophy "I am because you are" reminds us that we are all connected which resonates with our vision of being the bridge between the vulnerable and resilient in the society.
In just a short while, the impact of these two organizations coming together has been felt as several women have been equipped with skills for financial independence.

SOVA was at Mentors College of integrity Bda Nkwen today Wednesday 21st May 2025 to impact the students on a skill, Vaseline production. This skill will keep them busy during the holiday and also help them generate income. It will also help their parents save money and go a long way to bring some changes in their livelihood

IT'S OFFICIAL 👏👏🎉

We are excited to announce the collaboration between the Seed of Value Association and City of Ubuntu. Both associations share a common mission focused on empowering people from disadvantaged backgrounds. City of Ubuntu Cameroon in conjunction with its sister association in Austria works towards a more caring society inspired by the Ubuntu ethic.
The aim of this collaboration is to synergize and support the mission of both associations.

Possible areas and projects of this collaboration include:

👉 Collaboration between experts of the two organizations to develop capacity building programs

👉The provision of a workspace for SOVA members in the COU premises

👉 Increasing the visibility of handicrafts produced by SOVA members

In commemoration of the international women's day, two members of SOVA were privileged to be amongst those selected to showcase their products at the residence of the British high commissioner. Thank you ladies in the boardroom for this opportunity given to female entrepreneurs. Thank you UK in Cameroon for the guidance given to female entrepreneurs in Cameroon

Seed of Value Association, SOVA brings together young entrepreneurs with skills that can be impacted on the vulnerable and underprivileged in the society.

In order to foster relationships and build partnerships with other civil society unions, the seed of value association represented by one of its volunteers, Bi Noella attended a conference organized by the African Civil Society Union on the theme: "CSO's success through Synergy".

It was a wonderful experience sharing opportunity with other civil society organizations and very insightful knowledge gained on financial transparency, principles of humanitarian works, project monitoring, documentation and reporting.

Thank you ACSU for this opportunity to learn and network with others in the field

Training of rural women of Meyos village in the Mefou Afamba division on the production of liquid soap, bleach, petroleum jelly( normal and antiseptic), menthol and Ankara designing done and dusted. Special appreciation to team SOVA for the sacrifices made. You showed undying commitment to the vision of SOVA these past days. Thanks to all our partners and especially ASOWOS and HUTSEED international and all who supported us financially and morally for this project to go on hitch free. We do appreciate. Congratulations to all participants for their enthusiasm and commitment these three days. We wish you the best as you venture into the business world. Remember it's not done yet.
