Reproductive health of women with sickle cell anemia is under discussed, this webinar on menstrual hygiene and sickle cell anemia again contribute to bridge the gap, join us.

Sad enough, in addition to menstrual cramps, 37% of sickle cell girls and women will experience vaso occlusive and hemolytic crisis whenever they have their me**es. This year, we are joining the world to commemorate menstrual hygiene day from the perspective of sickle cell warriors. Please join our discussion on handling menstruation in sickle cell anemia by participating in the WEBINAR ON SICKLE CELL AND MENSTRUAL HEALTH. In preparation of World Sickle Cell Day, the Cameroonian Society of Hematology is organising a scientific day on June 18th 2026 to discuss "Adult Sickle Cell Disease in Cameroon: Status quo, challenges and perspectives" at the Faculty of Medicine and Biomedical sciences of the University of Yaounde 1.
