Collaboration remains the cornerstone of strength, growth, and long-term impact for any organization. Over the years, our partnership with HARD Uganda in East Africa, Uganda, has stood as a true example of what shared vision and collective effort can achieve.
As part of our continuous commitment to fostering meaningful cross-border cooperation, ZOZAC Community and Hard Uganda are now preparing for a strategic partnership meeting under the theme: “Enhancing Strategies for Meaningful Partnerships.” This meeting aims to bring together civil society organizations from both Cameroon and Uganda to strengthen collaboration, improve coordination, and explore innovative approaches that can create lasting community impact.
This initiative reflects our belief that when organizations unite around common goals, they amplify their influence and deepen their ability to serve communities more effectively. Through open dialogue, shared knowledge, and joint planning, we hope to broaden opportunities for grassroots development, community empowerment, and regional cooperation.
As we look forward to this important engagement, ZOZAC Community remains committed to building bridges, supporting sustainable development, and expanding partnerships that truly benefit the people we serve. Together with our partners in Uganda, we are shaping a stronger, more connected future for civil society across Africa through one of our flagship programs African Congress For Local Organizations-ACFLO

Community service is more than an obligation, it's a calling. And when you do the right thing with sincerity, dedication and a genuine heart for impact, the rewards always come in ways far greater than expected. At ZOZAC Community, we believe that service to humanity is the foundation of true leadership and this belief continues to guide our daily actions across the communities we support.
Recently, we had the privilege of hosting state-registered nurses from Limbe who were undertaking their community internship program in Tiko, specifically in the Likomba Health Zone. The program was effectively coordinated by our hardworking Secretary General, Madam Belinda Enoh, who also serves as the Community Chairperson of the Likomba Health Zone. Throughout their internship, these aspiring health professionals were taken through real community experiences, from visiting local health centers, engaging with chiefs and quarter heads, meeting community change-makers, and participating in community clean-up activities. ZOZAC Community was proudly involved every step of the way, offering support, guidance and mentorship.
At the end of their one-week internship, something truly heartwarming happened. Out of appreciation for the work ZOZAC Community continues to do in promoting community health, social cohesion, and humanitarian assistance, the nurses decided to pay a special visit to the home of our Founder Mr. Afuh Alfred Ngum. Their gesture was not just a thank-you visit, it was a testament to the impact of our consistent commitment to serving communities with integrity and compassion.
Moments like these remind us why we do what we do. They strengthen our resolve and inspire us to keep pushing forward, building healthier, empowered, and more resilient communities across Cameroon.
Together, we serve. Together, we grow. Together, we make impact.

With us, it is always about community service, being part of every community development and engagement projects. The Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Buea, through their community internship program, ZOZAC Community through our Secretary General, Madam Belinda Enoh, who also serves as the Community Chairperson of the Likomba Health Zone was appointed to lead them for their community internship program, we engaged the students in a hands-on community experience.
From visiting community health centers, chiefs, quarter heads and community change makers, to cleaning public wells and supporting local initiatives, they carried out their social responsibilities with dedication, passion and love.

ZOZAC Community represented by our founder and executive director Mr. Afuh Alfred Ngum was privileged to be invited to a 2-day Improbable Dialogue organized by Local Youth corner Cameroon. The event brought together individuals and organizations from diverse backgrounds and sectors from formal and informal sectors to foster understanding, trust, and social cohesion.

And these are the Key takeaway:
Dialogue is a powerful tool for solving problems and restoring peace, understanding the story/roots cause, fact checking before you share anything to the next person or online, especially in times of conflict or crisis. We had meaningful conversations, shared perspectives, and strengthened connections.

Big thanks to Local Youth Corner Cameroon for creating this space for community voices to meet and amplify social cohesion.
