HOVO is an NGO based in Cameroon. Our new women's vocational center is sponsored by Rose Academies and was developed to empower women and girls with education on menstrual health/hygiene, reproductive health, and enterprise development. A reading/discussion group is being developed to help youth improve their reading skills, build self confidence and encourage education as a means to reach their

full potential. We also provide outreach to impoverished families in the rural communities, labor camps, prisons and refugee settlements.
