This highly productive meeting, discussed transformational health initiatives aimed at empowering communities and ensuring access to quality healthcare for all. This meeting encouraged organizations, associations and others to work in clusters, in order to avoid project repitition.

MAKE THEM SMILE FOUNDATION WITH GREATNESS.

We are Three years old today 🔥🔥🔥🔥

This month, we proudly celebrate the third anniversary of the Make Them Smile Foundation, a youth-led organization dedicated to improving health and youth empowerment in our communities. Since our inception, we have focused on empowering young people to take action, carried out projects to improve health to building sustainable communities and make a tangible difference in the lives of those around us.

Over the past three years, our foundation has organized numerous events, including community clean-ups, outreaches and educational workshops, all aimed at improving health in communities fostering collaboration among youths. Our initiatives have not only brought smiles to countless faces but have also strengthened the bonds within our communities.

As we reflect on our journey, we are grateful for the unwavering support from our volunteers, partners, and donors. Together, we have built a vibrant community of changemakers passionate about making the world a better place.

Looking ahead, we are excited to continue our mission, improving health in communities, inspire more youth to get involved, and expand our reach. Thank you for being a part of our journey—here’s to many more years of making smiles! Happiness in every Genuine act.

World Health Day 2025 theme, "Healthy Beginnings, Hopeful Futures" to address the issue of preventable maternal and newborn deaths and to prioritize the long-term health and well-being of women. Make Them Smile Foundation Cameroon was pleased to partner with and HOPE FOR PRECIOUS ONES FOUNDATION CAMEROON in this campaign to raise awareness among young girls, pregnant mothers, and postpartum mothers about the importance of their health and provide them with healthy tips.

This initiative was successful in the Muea community, where we reached out to 450 individuals from various neighborhoods. Men were included in this effort, as they also play a vital role in a woman's life, whether as a husband, brother, or friend.

Let us all come together to prioritize Sustainable Development Goal 3 for
sustainable communities.

Gratitude to our volunteers Claris Nain Ngong, Kidio Faith and Eliva Musango our advocates for SDG 3.

Happy World Health Day!
