We produce Biochar here at the Buma Foundation Tiko, which is a type of charcoal that's specifically designed to be used as a soil amendment 😊. It's made by heating organic materials like wood, crop residues, or manure in a low-oxygen environment, a process called pyrolysis.

This creates a porous, carbon-rich material that can help improve soil fertility, structure, and overall health.

Some benefits of biochar include:
- Improving soil water retention and aeration
- Increasing nutrient availability for plants
- Supporting beneficial microbial growth
- Sequestering carbon in the soil

It's often used in sustainable agriculture and gardening practices.

We love kids, children are blessing. Buma Foundation an empowerment foundation that sets out to empower the orphans and the needy through social and economic empowerment programs. We exist to guarantee financial independence for orphans and the needy as they look forward to what the future holds. If developed and properly tapped, every orphan or needy can exercise great potentials. THE FOUNDATION is looking towards rescuing as many orphans and the needy as possible from poverty into the halls of financial independence and fame.
