Every Wednesday is a reminder to uplift women who break barriers and light the way!
"I'm Cho Bih Emmanuell popularly known as Emma Morgan a 25-year-old from Akum (Small London) in the Northwest Region of Cameroon. I'm a proud person with albinism, and what's even more special is that I'm a twin, and my twin sister also has albinism. I studied law at the University of Buea and graduated with a degree that has equipped me with skills to navigate various aspects of life.
Apart from academics, music has been a huge part of my life. I started singing in church, and over time, I decided to pursue it as a career. My dad was an artist, and I guess you could say music runs in my veins. It hasn't always been easy, especially with people doubting me because of my albinism and being a woman in the industry. There have been times when I felt like giving up, but the negative reviews and criticisms only made me stronger and more determined.
As an artist signed with Pearls Records since 2022, I've been able to release some amazing tracks like "Mama," "betatinz ," "my head," and "gold digger ," and I recently released an Ep titled rise beyond resilience along with some awesome mashups. My music is available on all major streaming platforms like YouTube, Spotify, Facebook., TikTok,instagram,Snapchat were you can use them for your videos.
But music isn't the only thing I'm passionate about. I'm also a blogger, and I use my platforms to sensitize people about albinism and other disabilities. It's crucial for me to share my story and inspire others who might be going through similar challenges.
Being a mom to my beautiful 5-year-old son has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. He's my strength, my motivation, and my everything. I want to be a role model for him and show him that with hard work and perseverance, anything is possible.
You can follow me on my social media handles Emma-Morgan Official on Facebook, TikTok, and instagram. I'm grateful for the support, and I look forward to connecting with you all. I'm a proud Person With Albinism , and I'm proud of the journey I've been on so far."
