BYLAWS OF WON KISHIY FOR PROGRESS
Article1-THE NAME
This group shall be called; WONKISHIY FOR PROGRESS, with acronym WANFOPRO.
Article 2; MISSION, MAIN OBJECTIVES, SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
2-i MISSION AND MAIN OBJECTIVES; To help ourselves first through the spirit of solidarity (that is one for all, all for one) peace sustainable development and progress.
2-ii SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES; To develop our village by our actions/contribution toward our village projects deemed necessary.
-To defend the interest of it members , through social activities and financial assistance
-To work for the development of a better relationship between members(that is identifying and encouraging members)
-To work toward the creation of microfinance (kishiy credit union) through income generating activities and buying of shares in the group.
Article3; MEMBERSHIP
-Membership shall be open to all kishiy sons and daughters by birth marriage or affiliations, resident at home, abroad or anywhere in the country, showing interest in the group.
3-i membership shall be renewed annually to show the spirit of belonging and as a means of income generating activity in the group
3-ii members shall be subjected to a non refundable registration of 1000fcfa per annum
3-iii children from 0-17 shall benefit the from canopy of their parent.
3-iv members shall meet once a year physically to deliberate and discuss on issues concerning the group in any town deemed necessary by members. this shall go alongside compulsory contribution for entertainment in the said town, as a means of promoting and enhancing our relationships.
Article4; RESPONSIBILITIES AND PRIVILLAGES OF MEMBERS
4-1 RESPONSIBILITIES
-regitration fee 1000fcfa per year
-Aid fund of 10,000 non refundable
-regular attendance and participation at meetings
-must feel the pains and joy of other members (when it come contributions be it financial, moral or physical) physical presence of utmost importance.
-No posting of political issues in the group
-Members shall contribute toward events of others as a means of assistance within a given period of time/duration.
4-2 PRIVILLAGES/BENEFITS
-Members shall be entitle to one vote.
-members shall benefit an amount of 40,000fcfa in an event of death of father or mother. A child between 0-17(not our wish) shall benefit an amount of 60,000cfa. Except otherwise all members must attend the said ceremony.
-if that of a parent happened out of the village, free will donation/contribution shall be open to further assist the bereaved.
- in an event of birth or marriage ceremony members shall benefit an amount of 500fcfa and 1000fcfa each .through compulsory online contribution that shall be handed to the beneficiary by an appointed delegation in kind.
-members can organize a monthly njangi through momo to assist others .this shall serve as a uniting factor among members.
-A saving page shall be opened monthly to permit members save money, that can help in the days ahead in case of borrowing money for projects
Article 5; language
-The working language of the group shall be LAMNSO, however our official language could be used if circumstance require.
Article5-1; Meeting sessions
-meeting sessions shall be in ordinary and extra ordinary sessions.
5-2: Ordinary session/Meeting
-Ordinary sessions shall be held in the month July or August every year beginning as from 12noon, the meetings shall be rotatary, depending on the sociopolitical circumstances we are facing now. The exco shall notify members through messages or circular.
5-3; Extra ordinary meetings.
-it shall be convinced at the instance request of executive or floor member.
-extra ordinary meeting shall have specific predetermine agenda. such shall concern condolence visit to the bereaved members.
-death of member (god forbid) or any situation that warrant urgent actions
N/B: the death of a member shall warrant an urgent contribution of 100,000cfa to give a befitting burial to the person. the present of all the members shall be obligatory to prove our spirit of solidarity and unity. The above benefits to father, mother, child, and member shall concern only those who have given their aid fund of 5000cfa nonrefundable
Article6; POSTING
-Mindful of the socio- political situation in our country, the group shall abstain from political post.
-Pornographic posting (pictures of nicked people and others of similar domains.)
-No posting of people in beer parlors except in an event of refreshment after meeting in ordinary or extra ordinary meetings.
-Members shall be allowed to post aspects concerning village development projects, funeral ceremony, birth celebrations, marriages, and other positive aspects that can help progress out village, through the spirit of imitation.
Article7; FINES/SANCTIONS
The following aspects shall attract fines or sanctions.
-useless posting as above
-Sending audio in loud and unpleasant environment.
-Failure to participate in Ordinary and Extra ordinary meeting, without any official excuse.
-Members who prove recassetrant to the above laws shall be dismissed from the group.
7-I; LOST OF MEMBERSHIP; one can lose being a member if he/she fails in the following aspects.
-dead of a member automatically separate him physically from us.
-failure to respect our bylaws in terms of paying contributions, paying fines and sanctions, as well as not attending physical meetings without justification or information.
Article8; OFFICIAL INSTITUTIONS OF THE FORUM/GROUP SHALL COMPRISE OF THE FOLLOWING.

2-EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
3-SUPPERVISORY COMMITTEE
EXECUTIVE BUREAU.
The executive of this group shall be made up of the founder/General coordinator, a chairman, vice chairman, a secretary general, vice secretary general, a treasurer, a financial secretary, public relations officers, advisers.
They represent the administrative body of the association and are elected for a four year term of office renewable, by a 2/3 of the general assembly. No individual shall be allowed to hold more than one office.
The Bureau meets quarterly .NB; The post of founder/General coordinator is non elective.
The Founder/General coordinator:
He shall oversee the general day- to –day functioning of the association in collaboration with the chairman and the entire executive bureau.
He shall be a signatory to all official transactions of the association.
NB: Although the Founder/General Coordinator is not elected, he can be sanctioned by the general assembly in case of deviation from the objectives of the group.
The chairman:
He shall represent the group in all official ceremonies
He shall preside at all meetings and in case of a tie during voting for decision, shall cast the decisive vote,
He shall sign along with the secretary general the minutes of meetings after adoption including letters from the group to any authority and all other official documents.
He shall also be signatory to all financial transactions
The vice chairman;
ln the absence of the chairman; and for whatever reasons, the vice president shall carry out all the presidential functions. He could be endowed with special duties under the responsibility of the president.
The secretary general;
He shall be responsible for taking down minutes at meetings and shall read them in subsequent meetings for adoption,
He shall keep a file of all outgoing and incoming mails and other documents of the group. Letters written by the group shall, before expedition, receive the approval of the chairman and if need be, a simple majority of the executive,
He shall preside over meetings in the absence of the chairman and vice.
He is in charge of the group’s secretariat.
He shall be co-signatory to the bank account when time comes.
The vice secretary general;
He shall be the immediate replacement to the secretary general.
The treasurer;
The treasurer shall keep and bank all the monies generated except otherwise decided by the general assembly,
He shall collaborate with the financial secretary in preparing an annual financial report.
He shall keep all original receipts of expenditures and hand copies to the financial secretary,
He shall keep all original receipts issued after all transactions.
He/She shall be co-signatory to the bank account when time
Chief Whip (protocol officer)
_He/she shall record all fines, paid or unpaid and recall during our weekly meetings.
_He/She shall control participation of members as far as weekly meetings are concern.
_He/She shall ensure calmness and decipline during meetings expecially physical meetings.
He/She shall control food and drinks during our physical meetings.
Public relation officer/publicity secretary
He/she shall publish the information concerning the group on television radio ,all Media necessary to sensitize the association in relation to the objectives of the association.
