The Foundation was founded on the 17 of October, 2011, in Best, The Netherlands . The idea came from Kim van Elderen. She was often going to Kumba, Cameroon, since 2009, to work as a volunteer in the Ejed Medical Foundation as a nurse. Her experiences made her see that many children need basic help. Before she founded the Foundation, she already helped Cameroonian children by donating material to

a Kumba orphanage and she aided the improvement of the facilities at the Ejed Medical Foundation. However, it was not easy to do all her work as an individual, which is why Kim started the Foundation with the hopes of improving the lives of even more children in Cameroon. The foundation wants to improve the quality of life of children in Cameroon. The goal of the Foundation is global because the organisation wants to help in various areas such as health care, education and in the basic necessity of life. Our projects at this moment
- Giving medical help to children, who have a disease or handicap
- Assisting orphanages by providing material but also health education.
- Outreach Program. Going to the remote villages to give health education to children who are not going to school. And to search for sick children, so that we can help them.
- Assisting a school for deaf children
- Keep searching for handicap children in the villages
