University of Buea now runs DNA test to ascertain the true paternity/maternity of children and to help the state to fight crime
Associate Professor Fidelis Cho-Ngwa, Head of UB’s Biotechnology Unit and the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology says in three days, it is possible to get results of a DNA test in Buea thanks to advance research made by the institution.
The institution is the lone center for DNA test in Cameroon at the moment
