Building Stronger Futures Together! 🌍
Our EFA team was thrilled to join fellow civil society leaders in Buea on August 8th for a powerful capacity-building workshop on Grants Readiness for Civil Society, organized by SWECSON.
The training equipped us with essential skills in project design, financial compliance, and technical proposal writing — the tools local organizations need to successfully access and manage donor funding.
We walked away with deeper insight into strategic fundraising, financial accountability, and aligning our projects with donor expectations. This means sharper tools to secure the resources that power our community initiatives!
At EFA, investing in our team's growth means expanding our impact on the ground. As we strengthen our organizational capacity, we're more ready than ever to scale what we do for our communities.

Some of them walked in with empty bags. Today, they walk out with hope.

Picture this: a room filled with the quiet excitement of children who just found out school doesn't have to feel like a burden anymore. Backpacks. Books. Lunch bags. Stationery. Small items — but to a vulnerable child, they are the difference between showing up to class with dignity or staying home in shame.
At Education For All (EFA) Foundation, we believe no child should sit at the back of a classroom feeling "less than" because their family couldn't afford a schoolbag or a textbook. So last year (2025/2026) back-to-school season, our team went out — not with speeches, but with supplies. Real help, placed directly into the hands of children who needed it most.

Augustine walked into EFA's computer training program in June 2026 with little to no prior knowledge of computers. Today? He knows far beyond what he came with — and he's not keeping it to himself.
"I can't wait to share this knowledge with my friends when school resumes," Augustine says with pride.
He's already putting his skills to work at home, typing documents for his father — proof that what he's learning at EFA isn't just theory, it's real, usable skill changing his everyday life.
