En prélude du projet vacances loisirs dans le numérique 2026 qui se veut plus impactant, le volontaire Bertini Ewoussoum et Maire Jeune de la Commune de Santchou s'est engagé aux côtés de GLOBAL COMPASSION pour offrir des formations continues pour les jeunes.

Ces formations se font en bureautique pour ceux du premier cycle et bureautique plus introduction à la programmation web pour ceux du second cycle, enseignement secondaire.

Mais avec des difficultés sans pareille, le nombre de participants s'élève à plus de 60 Jeunes, preuve de l'engagement et de la volonté de la jeunesse de Santchou à s'investir dans les TIC.

L'équipe de Global Compassion s'active à pouvoir augmenter le nombre d'ordinateurs et autres équipements. Ceci permettra de faire face au nombre sans cesse croissant de jeunes qui bénéficient d'une formation gratuite dans nos locaux.

Notre centre informatique offre des formations gratuites dans le domaine informatique depuis son ouverture en 2016.

Two days activities done for my ACWAY project: "Peace Though Sports in Cameroon"

Participants where from different backgrounds : Religious leaders, Government officials, Global Compassion team, Students from 03 schools and a lawyer (expert) under the theme: "Love of good and love of the neighbour with sport as a tool to bring people together".

Clement Awanfe Ngueto presents keynotes and the ACWAY concept for opening the dialogue. the interfaith dialogue gives voices to all and listens to everyone and build a sustainable peace in Cameroon. The Boko Haram situation was one of our major concert to find useful ways to end the radicalization of youth, terrorism, stereotypes and bad perceptions of other religions in Cameroon.

We did finally a dialogue and sport for sustainable peace in Cameroon and in the World !

Our President Clement Awanfe Ngueto is attending the ongoing PaRD International Annual Forum in Istanbul, Turkey.

PaRD International is the major international network of International Organisations working in the field of Interfaith dialogue, Peace building and International development.

Roundtable discussions are happening now in the 03 breakout rooms, both in-person and online. Our organisation Global Compassion is grateful to be part of this wonderful Network.

Peace building is a continuous fight and we are always part of interesting initiatives leading to dialogue, understand, Peace and development.

Today was inauguration day for our water project in Manboukom 💧

Celebrating this wonderful achievement, seeing the joy of the villagers and specially the children drinking potable water from taps in their community for the first time, is the types of experiences fuelling our team to go ahead and do more in other communities to bring more impacts.

Our team worked hard to supervise different background of technicians moving with the project work on the ground and now we are proud for the achievement that brings the dream to life.

By drinking save water from the taps we built will start helping to reduce the rate of sicknesses caused by dirty water they were used to drink so far. Children will be more healthy and have good education as well.

Water is flowing from taps in Manboukom, Ngwatta village definitely and our team can't wait to start the next project in another community or village in Cameroon.

Today is the International Youth Day 2025 ✌️

Our actions for the SDGs and Beyond, highlights the unique role of youth in translating global ambitions into community-driven realities as a nonprofit organisation led by young people.

By integrating youth priorities into local and regional strategies and fostering partnerships with youth organizations, authorities can collaborate with young people to transform their ideas into impactful solutions.

We are committed to serve young people within our activities through free IT trainings in our computer lab, providing potable water to the communities to have young people healthy and implementing peace building activities by considering young people at the center of coexistence, tolerance and inclusion.

Holidays youth training project on progress for our IT program in our computer lab in Cameroon.

Young people are learning to design, creating graphics and coding for the holidays to prepare for their future job opportunities. Our project is very inclusive, it brings together young people from differents cultures and faiths to learn together.

Holidays summer training for the youth 🎉

Our training project for young people in the digital field led by our volunteer coordinator Bertini started in July 6, 2025 with tens of participants divided in working groups is running smoothly at our computer lab in Santchou.

Young people are learning to design, use softwares, creating graphics and coding for the holidays to prepare for their future job opportunities. It's an impactful and inclusive project that brings together young people from differents backgrounds, cultures, faiths and beliefs.

We are bringing and opening the learning tools to the youth in this vulnerable environment to help them have good futures after school.

You can join us and support our computer lab for children that have served hundreds of them and other young people since 2016 in Cameroon with free access to computers. 💞

Join our summer holidays activities ✌️

Our volunteer Bertini Ewoussoum is leading various activities with dedicated young people in Santchou council this holidays.

Among those activities, community work at the grassroots level are great push to the council services by reducing dirty objects in the public areas. Volunteers also gave manuel labor to fix road by placing well the stones on the road in July 7th, 2025 to have motocycles and cars to ride well: contribution to road safety.

Also herbes clean up of public gardens spaces in Santchou took place Yesterday as you guys can see in the pictures: contribution clean public areas.
