To Every AIESECer Who Has Ever Called This Movement, Home

Whether you led a Local Committee, delivered your first exchange, participated in a conversation that changed how you saw yourself, or simply showed up to a meeting that turned into a family, this is for you.

*The MCVP Application is coming. And we need you to be ready.**

AIESEC in Cameroon is entering a new term, and it needs leaders who already understand what this movement is built on: youth, courage, and the belief that ordinary people can create extraordinary impact. That's you. Whether you're currently active or it's been years since you last wore the AIESEC T-shirt, the experience you carry, the skills, the network, the lessons learned in both victories and setbacks, is exactly what this next chapter needs.

*To our current members:* you've seen the work up close. You know the late nights, the wins that felt bigger than they were supposed to, the storm that surprised even you. Now is the moment to ask yourself, am I ready to lead this forwar
