IF YOU ARE NOT A TRUE FOLLOWER OF JESUS CHRIST, THEN THIS MESSAGE WILL UPSET OR SCARE YOU.
Will you go to Heaven when you die? Have you ever lied, stolen, used God’s name in vain, gossiped, cheated on your partner or looked at someone lustfully (which Jesus called "adultery" in Matthew 5:28)?
If so, God sees you as a liar, thief, blasphemer, gossip, and adulterer at heart.
If you die in your sin, you will end up in a terrible place called Hell. And if you think you will only be there for a few minutes, think again! After a zillion trillion years, you have only just scratched the surface...and it won't feel romantic at all.
But there's good news! Though we have all broken God's Law (sinned), you can be saved by turning to Jesus Christ. That's all it takes!
Jesus paid the fine for our sins by dying on the cross. The Bible says, "God loves the world so much that He gave His only begotten Son, that anyone who believes in Him [the Son] should not perish but have everlasting life," (John. 3:16).
Jesus took my sins and your sins when He died on the cross. He rose from the dead and was seen by hundreds of eyewitnesses. In the same way, you and I can rise from the dead after we die because of Jesus. Jesus said, “I am the resurrection and the life. Anyone who believes in me will live, even after dying," (John 11:25).
HOW DO I GET SAVED?
If you believe in your heart that Jesus is Lord, then say with your mouth that God raised Him from the dead. Ask God to forgive your sins and guide you into a new life. This is all you need to do according to Romans 10:9-10.
CALL TO ACTION
Repent (stop sinning) while you still can, and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ. Ask God to forgive your sins and grant you the gift of eternal life (according to Ephesians 2:8-9). Start building a relationship with Jesus through daily prays, reading the Bible and going to a Bible-believing church.
This is how you escape damnation. This is all it takes to make it to Heaven.
