Unity first: Bring Ngie people at home and in the diaspora together around common ideas and collective action.

Agricultural revival: Promote improved palm, cocoa and coffee seedlings, strengthen Agric Posts, encourage food production, establish processing mills and farmers’ cooperatives, and push for farm roads.
Economic recovery: Create conditions that can encourage displaced Ngie people to return home, farm, invest and rebuild.
Accountable development: Every major NCADA intervention should be treated as a properly designed project, with planning, approval, accountability and transparency.
Preserve Ngie culture: Establish an annual Ngie cultural festival, promote the teaching of the Ngie language, support cultural activities in schools, document Ngie history and rehabilitate ancestral shrines.
Education: Support needy students with educational materials and recognise outstanding academic performance.
Healthcare: Help equip health posts across Ngie and mobilise support from well-wishers and donor organisations.
Village development: Build partnerships with NGOs, donors and other stakeholders to provide technical expertise and support village development projects.
Experience and connection to Ngie: His manifesto emphasises his legal career, long-standing involvement in NCADA, knowledge of Ngie culture and villages, and commitment to the land. � �
