🤱 World Breastfeeding Week 2026

Rural Doctors joined the national conversation on maternal and child health by featuring on PCC TV's Me and My Health program. Represented by our Program Manager, Dr. Ismaila Ngwayi , we raised awareness on exclusive breastfeeding, its benefits for both babies and mothers, and addressed common questions that families often face.

By engaging parents, caregivers, and communities, Rural Doctors continues to champion breastfeeding as a public health right and a cornerstone of child survival.

🩹 Every child deserves to know how to save a life.
We brought basic first‑aid training to young athletes at Academy – Buea.

From haemorrhage control to hands‑only CPR, these future leaders learned that a calm hand and the right knowledge can make the difference between life and death long before an ambulance arrives.

Because in underserved communities, the nearest help is often the person standing closest. Training children in first aid builds community resilience from the ground up.
