On 30th May 2026, Blissful Hearts Foundation successfully carried out a Menstrual Hygiene Campaign in the Buea Community, reaffirming our commitment to promoting health, dignity, and empowerment for girls and women.

The campaign brought together health professionals who delivered insightful and educational talks on menstrual hygiene management, emphasizing the importance of proper menstrual care, breaking harmful myths and stigmas, and encouraging open conversations around menstrual health. Participants also benefited from practical guidance on maintaining good hygiene and safeguarding their reproductive health.

As part of our efforts to ensure that no girl or woman is left behind due to lack of access to essential menstrual products, free menstrual hygiene kits were distributed to beneficiaries within the community.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to all the health professionals, volunteers, partners, and community members whose dedication and support contributed to the success of this impactful initiative. Together, we are creating a future where menstruation is managed with dignity, confidence, and access to the resources every girl and woman deserves.

At Blissful Hearts Foundation, we remain committed to advancing menstrual health education, promoting gender equality, and empowering communities through sustainable health interventions.
