Impact Highlights: FALCOH Community Health Campaign 2026
The Favour Health Foundation (FALCOH) is proud to share the remarkable impact of our recently concluded Community Health Campaign conducted across Bokova and Koke communities.
Over six days of intensive outreach, our dedicated team worked tirelessly to ensure that vulnerable populations had access to essential healthcare services.
📍 Campaign Locations
• Bokova IHC – 24–25 February 2026
• CEAC Bokova – 26–27 February 2026
• Grace NPS Koke – 28 February – 1 March 2026
📊 Key Impact Achieved
Through this campaign, we were able to reach hundreds of community members, delivering life-saving health services including:
👩⚕️ 500+ community members received free medical consultations
🦟 200+ children and pregnant women screened for malaria, with positive cases receiving immediate treatment
🩺 350+ people screened for hypertension and diabetes, helping many individuals discover their health status for the first time
🧪 250+ people screened for HIV, accompanied by counseling and health education
📚 Hundreds of residents sensitized on disease prevention, hygiene, and healthy living
🌱 Real Impact in the Community
The campaign created opportunities for early diagnosis, treatment, and health education, particularly for individuals who rarely have access to medical services.
Many participants expressed gratitude for the free screenings and consultations, while several individuals were referred for further care after early detection of health conditions such as hypertension and diabetes.
Children suffering from malaria were tested and treated promptly, helping families avoid the serious complications that malaria can cause.
🤝 Looking Ahead
While we celebrate this success, it also reminds us of the significant healthcare gaps that still exist in underserved communities.
At Favour Health Foundation, we remain committed to expanding community health outreach programs to reach more vulnerable populations.
We warmly welcome partnerships with NGOs, donors, health institutions, and development organizations who share our vision of improving healthcare access in Cameroon.
Together, we can bring healthcare closer to the people and save more lives.
🙏 Thank you to our medical team, volunteers, community leaders, and every participant who made this campaign possible.
