What an incredible journey it has been for this year's Save the Earth Comic Contest! Following extensive outreach and passionate community engagement, we are thrilled to share the massive impact and success of this edition. Our team conducted targeted outreach to more than 12 schools through direct engagement and strategic social media campaigns. Through these efforts, we directly reached and inspired over 7,000 students, sparking vital conversations about climate change and environmental solutions.
We had an array of amazing participants in this year's contest, with students showcasing brilliant creativity and environmental awareness. The top honors and winning submissions this year came from two outstanding schools, proudly celebrating our winners from GHS Bokwaongo in the town of Buea and Kofele Luma in Limbe. To honor the incredible work of these young artists, we will be sharing the winning and featured comic strips directly on our website very soon. Stay tuned to read their inspiring stories!
We continue to encourage young people to be creative and use the power of arts to inspire others to take meaningful action to protect both people and our planet.
