For the last 28 days, our voices were loud, our steps were heavy on the streets, and our collective focus was entirely anchored on breaking the system of silence surrounding menstrual dignity. The activism of last month was never a temporary campaign to be packed away; it was the foundation. Now, as the calendar turns, we do not slow down, we elevate.

Welcome to a new month. A month dedicated entirely to Excellence.

At Royalty World, excellence is not a distant, abstract ideal; it is a daily standard of protection, leadership, and ex*****on.

Happy New Month from all of us at Royalty World! Let’s make excellence our signature.

The 28 Days of Activism campaign on Menstrual Health Management has been a powerful reminder that when civil society moves with shared purpose, transformation becomes possible. Across communities, institutions, and organizations, we witnessed voices rising together around one simple but urgent truth: menstrual dignity matters.

Culminating in the Dignity Conference 2026, the campaign brought together more than 31 partner organizations, community representatives, government stakeholders, media actors, adolescents, and advocates committed to advancing menstrual health and dignity across Cameroon. The conference created a space for reflection, learning, collaboration, and renewed commitment toward strengthening MHM programming and advocacy.

From keynote presentations and panel discussions to artistic performances and the presentation of findings gathered throughout the 28 days of community engagement, the atmosphere reflected both the urgency of the work and the hope carried by collective action. One of the most significant outcomes of the conference was the establishment of a coalition on Menstrual Hygiene Management, with participating organizations committing to sustained collaboration beyond the campaign period. Plans are also underway to establish a working committee focused on policy influence through advocacy papers, stakeholder engagement, and strategic action.

At Royalty World, we believe the girl child remains central to sustainable development and community transformation. Menstruation is not a side conversation within development work. It touches dignity, confidence, education, protection, participation, and opportunity. Our commitment is to ensure that no girl or woman experiences exclusion, shame, or lost opportunities because of a natural biological process.

We remain deeply grateful to every partner, organization, volunteer, community, institution, stakeholder, and individual who walked this journey with us. Thank you to the communities that welcomed us, the voices that spoke up, and the people who chose to stand for dignity and inclusion.

As the curtains close on this year’s campaign, the work continues. New strategies, stronger partnerships, and future interventions are already taking shape as we deepen our commitment to menstrual dignity and community-centered action.

The full campaign report will soon be made publicly accessible, and preparations for the 2027 campaign will begin in the months ahead.

Join us. Stand with dignity. Help us do more.

When we evaluate child protection, public health, and educational equity in crisis-affected regions, we cannot overlook the structural gaps that leave young girls exposed.

Menstrual Health Management (MHM) is not merely a localized welfare issue, it is a vital entry point to Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) and a fundamental pillar of human rights.

To mark Menstrual Hygiene Day, Royalty World, alongside our coalition of partners, is proud to convene the MHM Conference and Solutions Fair (The Dignity Conference).

If you care about girls, rights, and real change, you need to be in this room.

Awareness is protection. Dignity is non-negotiable.

As part of our 28 Days of Activism for Menstrual Health 2026, Royalty World linked arms with our incredible and dedicated coalition of partners, civil society organizations, youth leaders, and passionate advocates for an unforgettable Menstrual Walk.

Today, we stood up and declared that we will no longer leave our daughters, sisters, and students to carry this biological rhythm as a secret burden.

We didn't just walk; we marched with a unified voice to bring menstrual health completely out of the shadows.

This walk was a beautiful build-up to our upcoming Dignity Conference on May 28th, where these very steps will be translated into lasting institutional frameworks.

To every partner who showed up, every advocate who raised a banner, and everyone who lent their voice today, thank you. You didn't just walk this morning; you built a fortress of safety around our girls.

The silence is broken. The movement is unstoppable. Dignity is non-negotiable.

No single organization can dismantle the system of silence alone. The structural gaps that leave our girls vulnerable to period poverty and exploitation require an immovable wall of collective protection. True change happens when we combine our strengths, our resources, and our voices.

As part of our ongoing 28 Days of Activism for Menstrual Health 2026, Royalty World is incredibly proud to shine a bright spotlight on our incredible network of allies. We are standing shoulder-to-shoulder with a total of 30 phenomenal partners, including civil society organizations, local humanitarians, and international advocates.

By linking arms, we are turning menstrual health into an undeniable gateway for Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR). We cannot rewind time, but with 30 powerful forces moving together, we are fiercely securing the future for the millions of girls who are still here.

Thank you to every partner for standing on the frontlines of dignity. Together, we are unstoppable.

Awareness is protection. Dignity is non-negotiable.

Imagine navigating your very first period amidst poverty and displacement. When young girls are displaced and marginalized, period poverty quickly transitions from a personal challenge to a severe public health risk.

A lack of clean resources leads directly to reproductive tract infections, while the compounding stigma forces young girls out of the classroom.

As part of our 28 Days of Activism for Menstrual Health, Royalty World, alongside her dedicated partners is standing on the front lines to rewrite this narrative through education and resource provision.

We cannot allow a natural biological process to dictate a girl's health, education, or future.

Awareness is protection. Dignity is non-negotiable.
