Every girl deserves access to safe menstrual products, clean water, proper sanitation, and accurate health education.
In Cameroon and across Africa, many girls still miss school because of period poverty and stigma.
It’s time to break the silence, end discrimination, and promote dignity for all.
Together, we can create a future where menstruation is not a barrier to education or opportunity. 💙

Happy idealist Day. Celebrated today in Cameroon with teen girls at Victoria comprehensive secondary school Limbe. Discussion topics for girls were menstruation, teen pregnancy, sexualy transmitted infections, and sexual violence.

IDEALIST DAY IS ON THE 5TH OF MAY. Join us to celebrate this day in Cameroon using the project: SEXUAL HEALTH EDUCATION FOR GIRLS. Program will educate girls on puberty, menstruation, STI/HIV, relationships, teenage pregnancy and sexual violence, etc.
