🎉 Celebrating a Milestones for Afro-SFI! 🌍✨

Afro-SFI has been hitting miles stones we haven't shared. The next couple of days we will be sharing with you all that we have been doing and what's to come.

We are thrilled to announce a historic moment for the Afro-Sustainable Fashion Initiative (Afro-SFI) Network! For the very first time, we successfully sponsored one of our talented designers House of Trose to represent eco-friendly fashion at Accra Fashion Week! In December 2024🇬🇭🌱

This achievement was not just about showcasing sustainable designs on an international stage—it was about celebrating the brilliance of African innovation and craftsmanship in the fight against micro-plastic pollution in fashion. 🌍👗

Our sponsored designer presented a stunning collection that merges creativity with sustainability, highlighting the potential of environmentally conscious fashion in transforming the industry. This is a testament to what we can achieve when we come together to promote a greener future.

To our community, partners, and supporters—thank you for believing in our vision. Together, we’re making waves, one stitch and waste fabric at a time.

Let’s keep the momentum going. Africa is rising, sustainably! 💚

🌿✨ Kicking Off 2025 with Impact! ✨🌿

The Afro-Sustainable Fashion Initiative (Afro-SFI) just held its first meeting of the year, bringing together passionate designers, creatives, and change-makers committed to a greener fashion industry!

A key highlight of our gathering was an interactive Circular Fashion Training, where members explored innovative ways to reduce waste, upcycle materials, and embrace sustainable design practices. By prioritizing eco-conscious production, we are taking bold steps to combat micro-plastics pollution in the industry.

This year, we’re scaling up our impact, strengthening our network, and fostering collaborations that will reshape the future of African fashion. 🌍♻️

Want to be part of the movement? Stay tuned for more updates and opportunities to engage!
