As Memebes of North West Regional Coalition for the YOUNG-Cameroon project, we partnered with other CSOs to organized a workshop as one of the seed grant activities titled "Community Based Approach to Peacebuilding Using Common Ground Approach to Conflict Resolution, Indigenous games and Storytelling in G.T.T.T.C Mbengwi".

This workshop aimed at training teachers and student teachers of G.T.T.T.C Mbengwi on the Common Ground Approach to Peacebuilding, resolve conflicts within the school milieu and reduce violence amongst teachers and students.

It was an impactful and exciting training as the participants gained knowledge on the concept of peace, conflict analysis, communication skills, active listening skills, negotiation techniques and mediation through role plays, group work and Storytelling.

We continue to extend our sincere gratitude to Local Youth Corner Cameroon and its partners Search for Common Ground and the Union européenne au Cameroun for their support.

We are pleased to announce that we will be conducting a nationwide Step Down CGA training in our region. This training aims to equip young people with the necessary skills and knowledge to promote effective youth-led approaches for dialogue and peacebuilding in conflict settings. We are grateful to our partners, Union européenne au Cameroun , Search for Common Ground Nigeria, and Local Youth Corner Cameroon for their support in making this training possible. Let's work together to promote youth engagement inPeace Process.

Nous avons le plaisir d'annoncer que nous allons organiser une formation « Step Down CGA » à l'échelle nationale dans notre région. Cette formation vise à doter les jeunes des compétences et des connaissances nécessaires pour promouvoir des approches efficaces menées par les jeunes pour le dialogue et la consolidation de la paix dans les situations de conflit. Nous sommes reconnaissants à nos partenaires, européenne au Cameroun
