Across Africa, education systems collect large amounts of data every year. But how can that data be used to better support teachers, improve classroom practice, and help children learn?

Join us for the Pan-African Community of Learning, where researchers, educators, policymakers, and development partners from across the continent will share practical experiences on using education data to strengthen teaching and learning.

This interactive session will explore real-world examples, encourage peer learning, and provide an opportunity for participants to exchange ideas on building stronger classrooms through evidence.

We often focus on what happens inside the classroom. But what if the biggest barriers to learning begin long before a lesson starts?

A new study across Cameroon, Chad, Niger, and Nigeria found that hunger, long journeys to school, poor teacher welfare, inadequate infrastructure, and harmful social norms continue to shape children's ability to learn.

A three-day training for persons with disabilities and caregivers of children with disabilities in the South Region of Cameroon provided practical skills in entrepreneurship and financial management to strengthen economic resilience.

Participants are now better equipped to start, manage, and grow income-generating activities.

With the completion of the Mvila training, a total of 50 beneficiaries have been trained, representing an important milestone toward our goal of supporting over 640 persons with disabilities and their families.
