Today Thursday 21st of May 2026, in collaboration with for peace and Human Rights Organization had an Outreach awareness campaign on menstruation and menstrual hygiene at GBHS Down Town Mankon.

We distributed sanitary pads and spoke to these young growing adults on the importance of menstrual hygiene.

It was an exciting moment to have shared this moment with these children as it was a two way learning process.

You will be surprised to know how relevant and timely this information is. It’s time to normalize conversation around menstrual hygiene and AMIC is playing its pad to promoting and bridging the knowledge gap on menstrual hygiene.

We are open to collaboration and partnership in anything that involves bridging gaps.

Gratitude to all our supporters.

Exciting Milestone for our organization. We are proud to share that we are one of the pioneer organizations to launch the SALAM ALLIANCE created to amplify the voices of Muslim youth lead organizations in the northwest region of Cameroon.

Our dedication to collective responsibility and unity amongst stakeholders just got deeper because we believe in what this alliance can do in both identifying and providing meaningful contributions to the Muslim community in the northwest and Cameroon at large.

We are still about empowering the minority communities and we say thank you to our new collaborators Fulbe youth association Cameroon -FYAC , Fulbe youth association Cameroon -FYAC, Salam Youth Connect and ANSAR. This alliance can be a turning point for our community.

AMIC is excited to share that our CEO Madam Aisha Kalamai was part of a one day workshop organized by CAEPA on MBORORO WOMEN LAND RIGHT AND GOVERNANCE INFLUENCE IN CAMEROON.
As part of our vision which is to empower minority communities, this workshop comes as an inspiration to amplify our work in promoting equality and inclusion of women and Youths.

This is just the beginning of a series of activities and we are proud to announce that our CEO was voted president of this group.

With her expertise in leadership, the vision of having Mbororo Landladies is closer than ever.

Ramadan is a time of reflection, compassion, and renewed faith. As we enter the blessed final nights, let us strive to deepen our connection with Allah (God) through increased devotion, charity , and acts of kindness towards others.

May this sacred period strengthen our faith, unite our communities, and inspire us to uplift those in need. We pray Allah accepts our fasting, prayers, charity and grant us the blessings of witnessing the nights of power.

May our homes be filled with peace, our hearts with gratitude, and our lives with divine mercy and open doors. Aameen 🤲🏽.

Ramadan Kareem from AMIC’s team💫✨⭐️
