Don't let your habits become handcuffs. Anger will cost you more than you realize. A quick temper will pull you back and short circuit your destiny if you don't do anything about it. Quit saying and attributing it as your weakness. Get this- In Christ, there's no weakness. If you are distressed by someone or anything external, you have given it the power to influence you, and the pain is not due to the thing itself, but to your estimate of it; and this you have the power to change at any moment.
Don't destroy yourself by allowing negative people add dirts and debris to your character and purpose. Focus on God's purpose for your life. Purpose is an essential element of you. It's the reason you are on earth at this particular time. Your very existence is wired and wrapped up in the things you are here to fulfill.

God never Waste a Hurt.
Most times He allow us to go through some painful experiences because He is interested in using them to prepare us to who He wants us to Become.

Dear Young Heart, you've got to heal from that hurt, that pain...because you can't go far if you don't let go..if you don't heal, you can't progress with wounds.

Let your scars serve as a testimony to others who are hurt or have been hurt ..

Don't allow painful experience(s) to stop you from fulfilling your calling.

Don't stay hurt, heal and become a beacon of hope to many out there.

You remember that Joy of going to school with everything new right?😅. New books, bags, pens etc... but unfortunately, not every child always has the privilege to access all that.Our aim is to make that possible 😌

We invite everyone who values a child's education to join us this season to support vulnerable children with school items.

To kick off June, Young Heart Innovation visited Grace Age Orphanage to celebrate World Menstrual Day (May 28th). Our informative session covered:

1. Menstrual cycle phases and importance for family planning and reproductive health.
2. Proper sanitary pad disposal methods.
3. Tips for managing menstrual pain and hygiene, including positions, warm baths, and relaxation techniques.
4. Understanding menstrual flow colors and when to seek medical attention.

We:
1. Distributed menstrual pads to promote hygiene.
2. Expressed gratitude to the orphanage and our team.

Here were key take aways:
1. Education empowers girls to manage menstruation confidently.
2. Proper hygiene and pain management techniques improve well-being.
3.Getting boys involved in menstrual health conversations is essential in cutting down stigma.

Thanks to our team, the orphanage, and everyone who made this outreach successful!

A Heartwarming Experience with Grace Orphanage

On Sunday, 22nd December 2024, we had the immense honor of spending time with the wonderful children at Grace Orphanage, Foncha Street, Bamenda. Celebrating this festive season with them was not just a joyful occasion—it was a beautiful reminder of the true meaning of love, kindness, and generosity.

As the saying goes: "You don’t need to have the entire world to help someone." True kindness is shown in our ability to give, even when we have little. It’s in these small, selfless acts that we reflect the heart of our Creator, who calls us to love, care for, and lift one another.

We are profoundly thankful to God Almighty for granting us this opportunity to share love and happiness. Our heartfelt gratitude also goes to the Grace Orphanage family for their warm welcome and for allowing us to share with them and also putting smiles to the children’s faces.
