Hope for a better future vocational training institute - Hobefi

H4BF was honored to participate in the GBVIMS Service Provider Training for the North West and South West Regions held in Limbe and organized by TeenAlive Association.

The training, facilitated by experts from United Nations Population Fund, strengthened participants’ knowledge on GBV case intake, consent, incident classification, data protection, information sharing protocols, and survivor-centered data management.

As an organization committed to protection, dignity, and resilience for vulnerable communities, H4BF values opportunities that strengthen coordination and improve the quality of GBV response services in Cameroon.

We extend our appreciation to TeenAlive, UNFPA, and all partners for this important learning and capacity-building initiative.

Strengthening food security and farmer resilience in Cameroon is more important now than ever.

Through the PADESCE Project (funded by the World Bank and implemented by MINEFOP), Hope for a Better Future (H4BF) recently delivered a Climate-Smart Potato Production training for members of the Awing United Friends Farming Cooperative in Santa, North-West Cameroon.

The training equipped 32 farmers with practical skills in improved potato production, pest management, and climate-smart agriculture, helping them increase productivity and strengthen their livelihoods during a challenging period for rural communities.

This initiative demonstrates how skills development and agricultural entrepreneurship can contribute to rebuilding local economies and improving food security.

We are proud to see our trainees .Nsai continue to turn knowledge into real community solutions. His company just completed another successful solar installation — one of many projects he has delivered since finishing the Cameroon RenewED training supported by the EU Erasmus+ programme.

🔧 Recent Project – Mile 90, Bamenda:
• Solar PV Capacity: 3.8 kW
• Inverter: 3.6 kVA
• Battery: 52V / 200Ah
• Installed by: Electric Worldwide
