*EXCELLENCE & CHARACTER FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES*

_Day 19._

_THE PRINCIPLE OF LOVE & FAMILY — WE CAN LOVE, WE CAN MARRY, WE CAN RAISE CHILDREN_

_Dear brothers and sisters

The most painful discrimination is not in the office. It is in love.

People ask: "Can you marry? Can you have children? Who will marry you?"

YES.

We love. We marry. We make beautiful families. We are faithful husbands and wives. We are excellent mothers and fathers.

1. Love needs character, not legs.
2. Marriage needs maturity, not eyes.
3. Parenting needs wisdom, not hands.

Stop telling our families that we are a curse. We are a blessing. Our children are proud of us.

Disability does not cancel our right to love. Our right to live .Disability does not give you right to minimize our ability or insult us.Renove all the barriers against us and see us as equal humans with equal rights.
If you are very serious to have sexual relationship with women and girls with disabilities,
Stop ra**ng and giving them bad names that make them feel lest human
Get in for True Responsible and Legal marriage with them .
Note: Women and girls with disabilities are not objects for r**e by some men with dead conscience men.Let your altitude speak love for all.
This is what CRCDD stands for and will never go out of this .

_THE PRINCIPLE OF WORK — MY SKILLS PAY MY BILLS, NOT MY DISABILITY_

_Dear WECMONITES,_

They said "he cannot work." They were wrong.

A man with no hands can fix computers. A woman with no legs can run a business. A blind man can be a professor.

1. USA: Haben Girma — Deafblind, Harvard Law graduate. Lawyer, author, White House Champion.

2. NIGERIA: Cobhams Asuquo — Blind from birth. Award-winning music producer for top African artists.

3. ETHIOPIA: Yetnebersh Nigussie — Blind lawyer, won Right Livelihood Award (Alternative Nobel Prize).

4. CAMEROON: Our own WECMONITES — Teachers, advocates, entrepreneurs proving daily that disability is not inability to work.

Don't give us fish. Give us opportunity. Give us skills. Give us a desk. We will pay our bills.

_Change the Character. Change the World._

*_Day 16._*

*_THE PRINCIPLE OF LEADERSHIP — DISABILITY IS NOT INABILITY TO LEAD_*

_Dear WECMONITES,_

You think leadership needs two legs and two eyes? History says you are wrong.

Can a wheelchair user be President? YES. Twice.

*1. FIRST — USA, 1932-1945:* Franklin D. Roosevelt led America for 12 years FROM A WHEELCHAIR. Through Depression. Through World War II.

*2. LATEST — ECUADOR, 2017-2021:* Lenin Moreno, paraplegic, President of Ecuador from wheelchair. Made his country best for disability rights.

Can a blind person lead a powerful ministry? YES.

*3. UK:* David Blunkett — Blind since birth. Home Secretary of UK, in charge of police and national security.

He could not see, but he saw what seeing men could not see.

*4. HUNGARY — 2026, NOW:* Vilmos Kátai-Németh — First blind minister in Hungary history.

Can a blind woman lead in Africa? YES.

*5. KENYA:* Crystal Asige — Visually impaired Senator.

WECMONITES, the body does not lead. Character leads.
Leadership is not in the body. Leadership is in character.

*_Day 15._*

*_THE PRINCIPLE OF OPPORTUNITY — DON'T GIVE THEM SYMPATHY, GIVE THEM WORK_*

My brother, my sister — a person with disability does not need your sympathy to survive. They need opportunity to excel.

We see it everyday.

In the neighbourhood — we give a coin to a person with disability on the street and feel we have done good. But we will never give them a contract to supply for our shop.
With friends — we say "God will help you" and leave them unemployed for 5 years.
With colleagues — we say "We have no job suitable for you," but we have never checked what they are excellent at.

Sympathy makes them beggars in your street.
Opportunity makes them builders in your society.

*WHY SYMPATHY IS DANGEROUS:*

Sympathy says: "You cannot, so I will pity you."
Opportunity says: "You can, so I will partner with you."

One kills destiny. The other builds it.

*HOW TO GIVE OPPORTUNITY WITH CHARACTER:*

*1. In your BUSINESS:*
Don't ask: "Can a person with disability do this business?" Ask: "Which part of my business can be done excellently by a person with disability?" Accounting, IT, advocacy, teaching, tailoring, trading — excellence has no wheelchair.

*2. In your HIRING:*
Don't hire them because you pity them. Hire them because they are competent. Interview them. Test them. Pay them full wage. Not half wage because "we are helping."

*3. In your CHURCH / ASSOCIATION:*
Don't put them only in "department of disabled." Put them in finance, in choir, in leadership, where their excellence speaks. Inclusion is not a corner. It is the whole table.

*4. In your FAMILY:*
Don't hide your child or brother with disability at home during visitors. Bring them out. Give them responsibility. Let them also handle family assets . Let them give instruction Let their opinions count . Supporting them in any way at family level is right not privelage. Let them fail. Let them rise. That is how character is built.

*EXCELLENCE & CHARACTER FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES*

*_Day 14._*

*_THE PRINCIPLE OF ACCESS — IF THEY CANNOT ENTER, YOU HAVE NOT INVITED THEM_*

My brother, my sister without disability — don't invite people with disabilities to a party that is upstairs with no ramp and call it inclusion. That is insult.

We see this EVERYDAY.

In the neighbourhood — we build beautiful churches, beautiful shops, beautiful halls with steps only. Then we say "We love everyone." No. You love people who can climb.
With friends — we plan picnics at places with no accessible toilet, no flat road. Then we say "We forgot." No. You did not remember them.
With colleagues — we call for a meeting on the third floor with no lift. Then we say "He can wait downstairs, we will brief him." That is not a team. That is exclusion.

Listen: *Disability is not in the person. Disability is in the ENVIRONMENT that refuses to accommodate the person.*

A wheelchair user is not disabled from entering your shop. YOUR STEPS disabled him.
A deaf person is not disabled from understanding your message. YOUR REFUSAL TO WRITE OR SIGN disabled her.

*HOW TO BUILD ACCESS WITH CHARACTER:*

*1. In your BUILDING:*
Check today — Can a person using wheelchair enter your house, your church, your office, without being carried?
You make them more vulnerable and don't have that respect and dignity as humans by caring them like a baby .If no, add a ramp and make a bigger door for the toilet A small ramp is bigger than a big sermon.

*2. In your COMMUNICATION:*
Can a deaf person understand your event? Provide written notes. Can a blind person access your poster? Read it out. Use voice. Use text. Access is not one way.

*3. In your PLANNING:*
Before you plan, ask: "Who might not be able to come because of how we planned?" Invite them at planning stage, not at pity stage.

*4. In your MIND:*
Stop seeing access as "extra cost." See it as "basic respect." You build toilet for everyone but the door of the toilet is too small fo

*_Day 12: A Message To People WITHOUT Disabilities._*

_THE PRINCIPLE OF THE MIRROR_

Dear WECMONITES,

The way you treat people with disabilities is the mirror of your character. Not your spirituality. Not your education. Not your stander .Your CHARACTER.

Let me ask you — and answer honestly:

1. When you see a person with disability, do you see a PERSON first, or a DISABILITY first?
2. Do you speak TO them, or do you speak ABOUT them while they are there?
3. Do you offer pity, or do you offer opportunity?
4. When was the last time you ate with them, worked with them, laughed with them — not as a project, but as a friend?

What we see everyday:

In the neighbourhood — we build houses with steps only.
With friends — we plan outings to places people with disabilities cannot enter, then we say "sorry, next time."
With colleagues — we give them the lowest task and say "we are helping them."
_We take decisions even those that directly concern persons with disabilities without including them then impost the decisions on them :

In some Whatsapp forums where persons with disabilities are members ,
_ you said you don't need disability messages in the forums that we have learnt a lot at same time you do nothing to include then in your daily actions :
You said it with smile on the face in the name of showing love to them.
knowledge have no limt
Can you say that you are doing good to them by silencing them in the forums?
Don't only include them in project .Also include them your daily actions.

In church — we pray for them to be healed, but we never give them a chance to lead or include them in all church actions.

That is not kindness. That is exclusion with a smile.

*HERE IS HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES — WITH CHARACTER:*

*1. See ABILITY, not disability.*
Don't say: "What can't you do?"
Say: "What are you excellent at? How can we work together?"

*2. Don't help WITHOUT asking.*
Don't push their wheel

*EXCELLENCE & CHARACTER FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES*

*_Day 11_*

*_YOU ARE PART OF THE 1000-YEAR LEGACY_*

Brothers and sisters with disabilities,
Let us build a world of excellence and character that will last for 1000 years. A world where good prevails over evil. A world where excellence prevails over mediocrity. A world where dignity prevails over pity.

We cannot have such a world if we leave out people with disabilities. We cannot feed human destiny while ignoring part of humanity.

People with disabilities are not an afterthought in this future — you are a pillar. We need your character to teach the world what true strength looks like. We need your resilience to teach the world what true courage looks like. We need your excellence to teach the world what true ability looks like.

This 1000-year legacy of excellence and character is incomplete without you. You belong at the center of it, not at the margin.

_The Golden Book says:_
_"A future that leaves out people with disabilities is a future that is disabled itself. For how can you say you are building a world of character, when you have left behind those who show the most character to live each day? You who live with disability carry a wisdom the world needs to become whole. You are not outside the story — you are the heart of the story."_

_Change the Character. Change the World._
