DUTY STATION: Bamenda
TYPE: Full Time
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in communication and development, journalism, ITC, public relations or other related fields.
2. Minimum 2 years' experience as a communications officer, journalist or in a related area.
3. First-rate computer and digital skills
4. Excellent social media and internet skills
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Exceptional organisational and time management skills
8. Good work ethic, energetic, proactivity and results orientation
9. Ability to respect strict deadlines and prioritise tasks.
10. Ability to develop and execute communication plans and promote the organisations branding
11. Skills in graphic design and web management are imperative.
Language: English, with a working knowledge of French being an added bonus.
