🎓 A NEW CHAPTER BEGINS!

Yesterday, we proudly celebrated the graduation of the YOUTH ON PURPOSE FELLOWS 2026 — Pioneering Cohort

5 Weeks of intensive learning, growth, discovery, leadership development and capacity building

Over the course of the fellowship, our fellows engaged in conversations around Purpose, Identity, Vision, Self-Leadership, Personal Growth, Productivity, and Impact.

They were also challenged to move beyond learning and use what they had gained to create value through their own projects and initiatives.

Today, we celebrate a new beginning

We celebrate growth.
We celebrate courage.

We celebrate young emerging leaders choosing to live intentionally and make a difference.

To the YOP Fellows 2026, congratulations! 🎓👏🏽

Your journey does not end here. In many ways, this is where it truly begins.

Carry the lessons you learned to others
Live the purpose you've discovered

And use what you carry to impact others

We are Youth On Purpose

Welcome to the next chapter, YOP Fellows! 🌍🔥

YOP FELLOWSHIP 2026🚀

WEEK TWO: WRAPPED! 💚

Reflecting on week two, we had real and honest conversations with our fellows

SELF-LEADERSHIP AND PRODUCTIVITY

How well are you leading yourself?

Because before you e talk about leading a team, building an organization, or creating impact, you have to first learn how to lead yourself well.

This was our subject for week two and our Fellows reflected on discipline, consistency, time management, focus, priorities, accountability and the little daily choices that shape who we become.

And honestly, productivity isn't about being busy all day.

Sometimes, it's knowing what deserves your attention — and having the discipline to say no to what doesn't.

We asked questions
We had different perspectives.
Moments of reflection.

And, of course, there were a few “this one touched me” moments. 😂

But that's what makes the YOP Fellowship special.

We don't just attend sessions. We learn, unlearn, reflect and grow together.

Now the real question is:

What will you do differently because of what you learned?

The journey continues. 🌱

YOP FELLOWSHIP 2026🚀

WEEK ONE WRAPPED 🌱🔥

What a week it has been at the YOP Fellowship!
Week One took us on a journey of PURPOSE, IDENTITY, BECOMING, VISION & IMPACT.

True transformation begins with asking ourselves some uncomfortable but honest questions.

🌱Who am I?
🌱Why am I here?
🌱What am I becoming?
🌱What do I want to build?
🌱And who will my life impact?

We started with PURPOSE — understanding that purpose isn't just a big dream or a nice word. Sometimes, it starts with simply discovering what truly matters to you.

Then came IDENTITY — because you can't build confidently when you're constantly trying to become someone else.

We talked about BECOMING — the growth, discipline, learning and sometimes uncomfortable process of becoming the person your vision requires.

Then VISION — looking beyond where you are today and daring to imagine what could be.

And finally, IMPACT — because the goal isn't just to become successful for yourself. It's about becoming a person whose life, work and leadership make a difference.

We had real conversations, questions, reflections, new connections, and those little moments where you just pause and think, “Hmm… I really need to work on this.” 😅

And now we are up for week two of the Fellowship

The journey from Purpose to Impact: JUST BEGINNING. 🚀

Stay connected, we will be bringing you more updates

Keep becoming. Keep building. Keep showing up. Your impact matters. 🌱
