Is an organization realized for those adopted from Chile in order to provide them with a platform they can relate to.
From the 1950s up to the year 2000 there has been a wave of children leaving the country due to this phenomenon with its peak in the year 1982. Today they are adults and spread all over the world.
Since some years however, it is known that lots of these children have not been left by their mothers and/or families voluntarily. As a result, today there are extended criminal investigations going on. The official complaints are still coming in on a daily basis and official numbers have risen to over 10.000 cases. The mothers and families are looking for their children!
“Chilean Adoptees Worldwide” is making awareness of these actualities. Not only within the community of the adopted Children but for anyone else who connected in any way and/or wishes to receive updates in regards to the current situation.
The adoptees, adults today, have always lived a life away from their country and their families who in most parts, never wanted to get separated from their children in the first place. Through this way they are being given a voice in these times where we in Chile, again confront a violation of our basic Human Rights.
Chilean Adoptees is closely working together with other selected organizations worldwide and is starting up an important work-team with those handling the criminal investigations going on Chile.
Chilean Adoptees is founded in Chile in 2018 by Alejandro Quezada, an adoptee who lived for the biggest part of his life in the Netherlands and went to live in Chile in 2014. In 2010 he found out his adoption was irregular.

Es una organización realizada para aquellos adoptados de Chile con el fin de proporcionarles una plataforma con la que puedan relacionarse.
Desde la década de 1950 hasta el año 2000, ha habido una ola de niños que abandonan el país debido a este fenómeno con su punto máximo en el año 1982. Hoy en día son adultos y se extienden por todo el mundo.
Sin embargo, desde hace algunos años, se sabe que muchos de estos niños no han sido abandonados por sus madres y / o familias voluntariamente. Como resultado, hoy hay investigaciones penales extendidas en curso.
Las quejas oficiales siguen llegando a diario y las cifras oficiales han aumentado a más de 10.000 casos. ¡Las madres y las familias están buscando a sus hijos!
"Chilean Adoptees Worldwide" están tomando conciencia de estas realidades. No solo dentro de la comunidad de los Niños adoptados, sino también por cualquier otra persona que se haya conectado de alguna manera y / o desee recibir actualizaciones sobre la situación actual.
Los adoptados, adultos el día de hoy, siempre han vivido una vida lejos de su país y sus familias que, en la mayoría de los casos, nunca quisieron separarse de sus hijos en primer lugar. De esta manera, se les está dando una voz en estos momentos en que nosotros en Chile, nuevamente enfrentamos una violación de nuestros derechos humanos básicos.
Los Chilenos Adoptados están colaborando estrechamente con otras organizaciones seleccionadas en todo el mundo y están formando un importante equipo de trabajo con los encargados de las investigaciones criminales en Chile.
