Today, JDPH joins the global community in standing firm on our commitment to this year's theme: "Strengthening Global Solidarity and Empowering Local Communities."

Across Nigeria especially in the Northeast and North Central regions, JDPH stands with vulnerable and crisis-affected communities, offering support with dignity, compassion, hope, and practical solutions to help them recover and thrive.

On this day we call on governments, organizations, partners, donors, and individuals to come together, defend human dignity, and act now for those in vulnerable situations because strengthening partnerships, amplifying local voices, and empowering communities are the keys to driving lasting, sustainable change.
