Leadership in Practice: JCI Central Switzerland at JCI Zürich Brain Brunch

JCI Central Switzerland had the opportunity to join JCI Zurich’s BrainBrunch with JCI Arena Trainer Daniel Racz for an inspiring session on Leadership Level Up: Hard Talks & Feedback Mastery.

During the session, participants explored how to approach difficult conversations with more confidence, understand decision-making biases, and give feedback in a way that creates clarity, trust and growth.

The event offered valuable insights into leadership, communication and self-awareness in practice. It also showed what is about: learning by doing, exchanging openly with other young leaders, and growing through real conversations that matter.

For JCI Central Switzerland, the BrainBrunch was another great opportunity to connect with Jaycees from Zurich and other chapters across Switzerland, strengthen our national network and bring new perspectives back to our local community.

A heartfelt thank you to JCI Zurich for hosting this inspiring format, to Daniel Racz for the valuable session, and to everyone who joined the exchange.

Honored to be awarded "Best New Member" at the JCI Switzerland National Congress in Zurich!

What a remarkable journey it has been since discovering Junior Chamber International (JCI) last year.
My JCI adventure has taken me across Europe:
🇩🇰 European Congress in Denmark
🇸🇪 European Academy in Sweden
🇨🇭 Swiss Academy at Stoos
And numerous local events throughout Switzerland.

One project particularly close to my heart was the "One Million Stars" charity event in Zug, where our community came together to make a difference.

I'm deeply grateful to:
- My local JCI chapter Central Switzerland and JCI Innerschwyz for their continuous support
- The amazing international members I've met along the way
- The mentors who have guided me on this journey

This recognition isn't just mine - it belongs to everyone who has been part of my JCI journey. Looking forward to many more years of creating impact and fostering positive change!
