As the current Mr Gay Europe, Michael is actively committed to raising awareness around important social issues. Being visible in the media is not just a choice, it’s a powerful tool to create understanding, break down stigma, and drive real change.

Through his project Safe to Grow, Michael focuses on inclusion and safety within the healthcare sector a space where everyone should feel free to be themselves without fear or judgment. Combining his work as Mr Gay Europe with his engagement in healthcare, he builds bridges between communities and amplifies real stories that need to be heard.
