Tension, Crisis and Change Processes - A Forum for future oriented methods to working with the challenges of our times' At the end oif April 2012, in the House of the Poeple in Zurich met more than 400 people from all over the world to discuss and work on the prevention of a "Global Burnout?“ The Institute for Process Work IPA (Institut für Prozessarbeit) invited worldwork facilitators and repres
entatives of more than 20 other schools and orientations to working with large groups. The encounters of these methods in some 30 workshops lead to interesting synergies. Saturday Evening April 28th, 2012 we oened the doors of the House of people for the population of the City of Zurich and facilitated an Open Forum: „The Space is Limited: Housing and Living together in Zurich" under the Patronage of Zurich City Development. In our view, we can prevent a 'Global Burn-Out' when we unite forces and approaches who have developed constructive visions and strategies in the facilitation of social tension.
