Tomorrow night’s plans: DANCING! Get back into the groove early this fall with some elegant waltzes, charming cha-cha’s, and smooth salsa on the dance floor. You don’t have to know all the dances or have a fixed partner - just bring yourself and have fun! In between dances you can purchase from a selection of drinks and take a seat to socialize or simply relax and enjoy the environment. You know your dance shoes are waiting for their moment!! 😉

This Sunday we have a special guest who will be moderating our Argentine tango practica: Demetrio Scafaria! He is an avid teacher and co-founder of the Milonga Nacimiento, London’s leading tango social. We are lucky to have him during his international tango tour, so now is your chance to learn and sharpen those elegant tango skills. This event if free of charge and beginner-friendly. Bring a friend and most importantly, have fun!!

Stoked for these upcoming Sunday workshops? We are too! Learning different ballroom dances is a lot of fun, but your technique is what makes or breaks the cohesive unit between two dancers. Tango your way into Sunday with these toe-tickling workshops to improve your technique! In the first workshop you will learn how to execute the twist turn, four-step, outside swivel, and Viennese cross. In the second workshop you will master the fallaways into four-step, promenade, and reverse slip & pivot. Ballroom is all about posture and balance, so these workshops are meant to focus on important details for you to feel confident and ready for the dance floor!

Where: ETH Hönngerberg, Raum der Stille (HPI D 8.3, entrance behind Coop)
