In der TMA Zürich nahmen die Luftraumverletzungen seit der Einführung der neuen Luftraumstruktur im März 2025 deutlich zu.

Entre le 10 et le 18 juin 2026, en raison du sommet du G7 à Evian, des limitations de l’utilisation de l’espace aérien sont prévues en Suisse romande et en France pour le vol à vue, le vol aux instruments non commercial ainsi que pour l’aviation sans occupants.
L’activation et désactivation des restrictions seront communiqués par NOTAM.

Vom 10. bis zum 18. Juni 2026 wird aufgrund des G7-Gipfels in Evian (Frankreich) der Luftraum für den Sichtflugverkehr, den nichtkommerziellen Instrumentenflugverkehr sowie für unbemannte Luftfahrzeuge in der Westschweiz und in Frankreich eingeschränkt.
Aktivierung und Deaktivierung der Sperrzone werden per NOTAM bekannt gegeben.

A causa del G7 a Evian, fra il 10 e il 18 giugno 2026 sono previste delle limitazioni all’uso dello spazio aereo in Svizzera romanda e in Francia. Queste riguardano il volo a vista, i voli strumentali non commerciali e gli aeromobili senza occupanti.
La loro attivazione e disattivazione saranno comunicati via NOTAM.

AOPA Switzerland together with our colleagues from IAOPA Europe is heavily involved in flight validations of e-conspicuity at both European and Swiss level with EUROCONTROL & Stay Safe/FOCA

and EUROCONTROL, together with industry stakeholders, have developed two new Electronic Conspicuity (EC) use cases to enhance traffic awareness for pilots and facilitate integration of drones in shared airspace

The work focuses on:
➡️ Air-to-air EC for improved pilot situational awareness and conflict prevention
➡️ EC in U-space environments without ATC, enabling safer interaction between manned aircraft and drones

This joint initiative supports a harmonised approach with affordable, interoperable solutions that enhance safety for both manned and unmanned aviation.

Electronic Conspicuity continues to play a key role in reducing mid-air collision risks and enabling the future of integrated airspace operations across Europe.

Airspace Update Switzerland 2026

Since 19 March 2026, the new Swiss airspace structure is active.
On a recent flight to Bern (LSZB), we noticed several pilots still using outdated charts — especially relevant given the significant changes in Bern.

Darum engagiert sich die AOPA Switzerland im Projekt "FASST-CH" des . Wir legen Wert darauf, die i-Conspicuty in der Schweiz GA-freundlich und nutzbringend zu entwickeln.

Einer der wichtigsten Risikobereiche für die allgemeine Luftfahrt (GA) sind Kollisionen in der Luft. In den EASA-Mitgliedstaaten kommt es durchschnittlich zu 6 tödlichen Kollisionen pro Jahr, die tragischerweise jedes Jahr 13 Menschenleben fordern.

Visuelles Scannen des Luftraums ist zwar immer noch eine effektive Massnahme zur Kollisionsvermeidung. Doch heute stehen auch kostengünstige iConspicuity-Lösungen zur Verfügung, die zusätzlich die Übertragung und den Empfang der eigenen und der Positionsdaten anderer Luftfahrzeuge übernehmen. Damit werden auch Bereiche abgedeckt, die gerade nicht im Blickwinkel sind.
