Every year on 28 February, Rare Disease Day raises awareness for the 300 million people worldwide living with a rare condition.
Autoinflammatory diseases are rare, often invisible, and frequently misunderstood — leading to delayed diagnoses and preventable complications.
Listen to patients. Early recognition can prevent irreversible damage and improve quality of life.

Every year on 28 February, Rare Disease Day raises awareness for the millions of people living with rare diseases worldwide.
This year, FMF & AID’s contribution to the autoinflammatory disease community includes:
• Our live Rare Disease Day event on Saturday, 28 February
• A Zoom gathering for patients and parents on Sunday, 1 March
• The publication of our autoinflammatory magazine
