Just for tracking so far, as they need some machine/process modifications to focus on and treat DIPG (some DMGs might be easier and targetable: function of location and/or resectability)

Some progress in BBB opening with focused Ultrasound. What drug combinations could now really target individual DIPGs and how do we get those approved as customized trial.

A research team recently published results from a first-in-pediatrics clinical trial demonstrating the safety and feasibility of using focused ultrasound for blood–brain barrier opening and drug delivery without the need for sedation.
