The person who over promises usually under delivers.

The one who promises you the world, who says all the right things, who can't wait to see you every second… be careful.

Because talk is easy. Anyone can say beautiful things from the comfort of their couch.
Don't waste your energy on people who only talk.

Look for the one who shows up. Who plans the time. Who actually tries to be with you, consistently.

Maybe they don't promise you forever. But they're present. And that's what matters.

And love, you don't need months to figure this out.

You can usually tell early. Pay attention to what people do, not just what they say 🩷

You're so afraid of falling behind. Of watching the life you wanted pass you by while you're busy resting, healing, figuring things out.

But love, listen…

What's meant for you doesn't have a departure time.

It's not racing ahead without you. It's not something you have to chase, sprint after, or catch before the doors close.

It's more like a seed already planted. Quietly taking root. Growing even on the days you pause to breathe.

So rest when you need to. Take your time. Trust the timing.

You're not behind. You're becoming 🩷

I did my best today, and my best is enough.
I am proud of how far I've come, even the parts no one sees.
I release what I cannot control and trust that I am exactly where I need to be.
I am worthy of rest, love, and good things coming my way.
Tomorrow is a fresh start, and I have everything I need within me.

Reading a book and embodying a book are two completely different things.

You can understand every word and still not change a thing in your life. That's why I built exercises into mine. Because purpose isn't found in the pages. It's found in the work you do with them.

If you actually do the work, the results will surprise you 🩷

These 6 patterns silently run our lives.

We listen to fear instead of moving through it.
We ask everyone else what we should do.
We chase goals that look good but feel empty.

And then we wonder why nothing feels aligned.

Coming back to your purpose is about choosing differently.

It's choosing courage over comfort.
Truth over approval.
Movement over waiting.

It's giving yourself permission to listen to that voice you've been ignoring.

You don't need to have it all figured out before taking the next honest step.

If this resonates with you, my book "Why Am I Here?" is your personal map back to yourself.

A guide to reconnect with your inner compass, move through fear, and build a life rooted in purpose, truth, love, contribution, and legacy.

You can read all the books. Highlight every page. Nod along to every chapter.

But if you skip the exercises, you're skipping the transformation.

The real growth happens when you stop consuming and start reflecting. When you actually sit with the questions. When you do the uncomfortable inner work.

I can give you the tools. I can guide you. But I cannot do the work for you.

That part is yours.

So if you want real results, don't just read. Do the work. That's where everything changes.

The book is in my bio if you're ready to do the work 🩷

Three types of people you need to let go of.

One. The one uppers. The ones who always make it about them. Every time you share something, they have to do it bigger. That's not support. That's competition. And it's exhausting.

Two. The ones who can't take accountability. They mess up, play victim, then somehow make it your fault. You don't have time for that. Your energy is meant for your purpose, not their drama.

Three. The ones who stay neutral when people talk badly about you. Sitting in the middle isn't loyalty. They either have your back or they don't.

Protect your energy. Your circle should lift you, not drain you 🩷

Who else would you add to this list?

You've changed. You've grown. You're becoming someone new.

But there's still a part of you that's scared to be seen.

That fear doesn't come from the new version of you. It comes from the old one. The one who learned somewhere along the way that being visible wasn't safe.

Maybe you were told you were too much. Maybe you were ignored when you tried to shine. Maybe someone made you feel like you didn't deserve the spotlight.

That wound is still there. And it's holding you back.

So ask yourself: when did I learn that it was unsafe to be seen? Where did that come from?

That's the part that needs your attention now 🩷

We all have moments we're not proud of. Things we said. Choices we made. Versions of ourselves we'd rather forget.

But running from them doesn't make them disappear.

Go back. Revisit them. Ask yourself what happened. What triggered you. What you were really feeling underneath the surface.

And then ask what you've learned since then. How you've grown. Who you've become because of it.

Those moments aren't just mistakes. They're teachers.

Bring the lessons forward. Leave the shame behind 🩷
