India has cut child marriage nearly in half - from 47% to 23% between 2006 and 2021 - and every additional year of secondary schooling a girl completes reduces her chance of child marriage by 6%. Education is India's most powerful tool. Graduate Women International advocates for secondary and higher education access for every girl in India.

Canadian women earn the majority of bachelor's and master's degrees, yet remain underrepresented in university faculty: women hold fewer than 40% of full professorships. The pipeline opens at the bottom but narrows at the top. Graduate Women International advocates for equal leadership opportunities for women across Canada's universities and research institutions.
