**🚀 Super Sliders GOLD Day 1 in Full Swing! ❄️**

Day 1 of our 2026 GOLD programme is off to an epic start in St. Moritz, Switzerland! Our young Super Sliders kicked off with skeleton school led by the incredible Michaela Pitsch, walked down the iconic Olympic ice track, learned sled polishing techniques, and tried a brand new simulator skeleton ride.

Yum lunch at the St. Moritz Bobsleigh & Skeleton Club fueled the fun, followed by Classroom Session 1 with the indomitable Kathy Girling. She discussed with each participant what their individual goal for the week was, and they worked on how to action them—building resilience from the get-go! 💥 Who's ready for more?

**🚀 Super Sliders GOLD 2026 – They've Arrived in St. Moritz, Switzerland! ❄️**

Our amazing group of young "Super Sliders" has safely arrived in St. Moritz, Switzerland, for the ultimate one-week residential GOLD programme! They'll master riding a skeleton on the iconic Olympic ice track, dive into skeleton school, and complete a full training regimen building teamwork, independence, resilience, goal-setting, and conquering fears.

Oh yes! Another awesome day for Supersliders on our and programmes.

So so grateful for elite crew of athletes coaching on the push track, in warmups trackside and in the classroom. Kudos to Team GB Matt Weston, Marcus Wyatt, Craig Thompson and Owen Allner all working with Track Controller and Supersliders’ Trustee, Laura Deas OLY.
