The Watch Club is a meeting place for horology enthusiast at the University of St. Gallen (HSG).

Since 2012, we strive to create and strengthen relationships between students and actors of the watch industry.

An exclusive evening with IWC Schaffhausen!

Ever wondered what really happens behind the doors of one of Switzerland's most iconic watchmakers? Now's your chance to find out.

We're teaming up with IWC Schaffhausen for an evening of insight, challenge and good conversation. You'll meet their team, work alongside them and get a genuine look at how the company runs from the inside.

The programme begins with a company analysis, where you'll discover the strategy and inner workings of IWC. Next, we turn to career opportunities, with the people who live them every day sharing what a path at IWC could look like. Then it's time to put your skills to work. Team up for a business case and compete for xclusive IWC prizes!

To close the evening, join us for an aperitif offered by the club, a relaxed setting to keep the conversation going with the IWC team.

On Tuesday, we had the incredible opportunity to take a behind-the-scenes tour of RcTritec, with the CEO himself Albert Zeller, meeting the brilliant minds and craftsmen behind the world’s most famous luminescent materials used in swiss watchmaking!

We explored the workshops where science meets design, discovering first-hand all the secret techniques and cutting-edge materials that transform light into pure magic on the dial. From a simple pigment to the iconic luminous material we know today, every single detail is the result of millimetre-perfect precision and extraordinary passion.

A perfect blend of chemistry, craftsmanship and pure Swiss excellence.

From surgeon to the "Founding Father" of watch auctions.

We are incredibly honored to announce that Dr. Helmut Crott will be joining us for a speaker event moderated by Dr. Frank Müller.

If you love vintage watches, you have Dr. Crott to thank. Before 1975, timepieces at auction were thrown in alongside furniture and paintings. Dr. Crott changed the game entirely, founding the auction house that elevated mechanical wristwatches.

Yesterday we had the pleasure of visiting the Cartier Boutique in Geneva.

We had the opportunity to step into a world where design and heritage perfectly collide. From the iconic shaped watches, that prove that nobody does form quite like Cartier, to the museum-quality historic pieces that showcase the timless designs of the Maison.
To top off the experience we also took a closer look to the Maison's exquisite jewelry creations, another reminder of why Cartier remains the ultimate "Jeweler of Kings".
