Earlier this month, the organizers of the Special Olympics Judo Open 2026 in Sarajevo gathered in the host city to bring to life a memorable competition for all participants!
Our team, together with Special Olympics Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Judo Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, is working tirelessly to ensure a high-level competition for all judokas and send an important message of inclusion, dignity, and acceptance for people with intellectual disabilities in the country.
Over 100 judokas from 15 countries are expected to compete in the event in Sarajevo on 25-26 September - and registration has just been extended!
