Delesalle et al. report the successful use of dupilumab in a patient with refractory linear IgA dermatosis (LAD) who could not continue standard therapies.

Rapid clearance was achieved within 15 days, with no recurrence after 6 months, supporting dupilumab as a potential treatment option in selected cases.

A 70-year-old woman presents with a >10-year history of a slowly enlarging pigmented lesion on the right abdominal flank.

Recently, the central area became raised and started bleeding spontaneously.
