🇩🇪 Wir freuen uns, Debora Tollardo als neue Head of Department Agility Dog der Swiss Dog Sports Federation willkommen zu heissen.

Mit ihrer langjährigen Erfahrung im Bereich Agility Dog bringt Debora technisches Fachwissen, sportliche Vision und einen beeindruckenden Erfolgsweg auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene in die SDSF ein.

In ihrer neuen Funktion wird sie für die Entwicklung und Koordination der Agility Dog Abteilung, die technische Ausbildung, die Organisation der Schweizer Meisterschaft sowie die Betreuung des World Agility Championship (WAC) verantwortlich sein.

Im Laufe ihrer Karriere hat sie zahlreiche bedeutende Erfolge erzielt, darunter:
• Juniorenmeisterin Region Lombardei, Trofeo ENCI
• Italienische Mannschaftsmeisterin mit dem Team Region Lombardei
• Vize-Meisterin Ticino Agility Cup
• Juniorenmeisterin Region Lombardei Trofeo ENCI 2023 und 2024

Con una lunga esperienza nel mondo dell’Agility Dog, Debora porta nella SDSF competenza tecnica, visione sportiva e un importante percorso costruito attraverso risultati nazionali e internazionali.

Nel suo nuovo ruolo si occuperà dello sviluppo e del coordinamento del Dipartimento Agility Dog, della formazione tecnica, dell’organizzazione del Campionato Svizzero e della gestione del percorso verso il World Agility Championship (WAC).

Nel corso degli anni ha ottenuto numerosi risultati di prestigio, tra cui:
• Campione Regione Lombardia Trofeo ENCI Junior
• Campione Nazionale a squadre Regione Lombardia
• Vice Campione Ticino Agility Cup

Grâce à sa longue expérience dans le monde de l’Agility Dog, Debora apporte à la SDSF une grande compétence technique, une vision sportive claire ainsi qu’un parcours marqué par de nombreux succès nationaux et internationaux.

Dans son nouveau rôle, elle sera responsable du développement et de la coordination du département Agility Dog, de la formation technique, de l’organisation du Championnat Suisse ainsi que de la gestion du parcours vers le World Agility Championship (WAC).

Au cours de sa carrière, elle a obtenu de nombreux résultats prestigieux, notamment :
• Championne Junior de la Région Lombardie, Trofeo ENCI
• Championne Nationale par équipes avec la Région Lombardie
• Vice-Championne de la Ticino Agility Cup

In her new role, she will be responsible for the development and coordination of the Agility Dog Department, technical education and training, the organization of the Swiss Championship, and the management of the pathway towards the World Agility Championship (WAC).

Nel percorso SDSF ogni ruolo ha una funzione precisa: l’Assistente affianca sul campo e impara la didattica, l’Educatore lavora sul binomio cane–proprietario, l’Istruttore interviene sui casi più complessi e sui percorsi avanzati.
Questa struttura a livelli ti permette di crescere passo dopo passo: prima consolidi le basi, poi approfondisci educazione e sport, infine impari a gestire situazioni comportamentali che richiedono competenze specialistiche.

In the SDSF path, each role has a clear function: the Assistant supports lessons and learns the teaching method, the Dog Trainer works on the dog–owner team, and the Instructor handles more complex and advanced cases.
